First responders from Dobbs Ferry, Greenburgh and the Westchester County Police Department responded to a stretch of the Saw Mill River Parkway near the Lawrence Street intersection in Dobbs Ferry at approximately 6:50 p.m. during the evening commute on Monday.
Police said that the car jumped the guardrail, flew through the air and struck at least two other vehicles. Six people suffered non-life-threatening injuries and at least one involved was transported to the Westchester Medical Center for treatment. Each car suffered extensive damage during the crash.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
